We have not been to every one of these places, though we wish we can check them all out. So be adventurous and go find out for yourself what these brand new restaurants and cafes and hot new menus are all about.

Situated in a green-filled glasshouse, Eden Restaurant at Pullman Singapore Orchard is the ultimate antidote for the frenetic energy of Orchard Road. Making a statement with modern Asian culinary artistry, every taste, sight, scent, and sound infused into the Eden experience transports gourmands across Asia through refined, reimagined dishes that pay homage to Asian heritage.
Delight in vibrant and fresh appetizers such as the Tuna Ceviche with Ikura ($26++), golden brown Eden Crab Cakes ($26++) or Thai Papaya Salad ($18++).
Popular mains include the likes of Satay Lamb Rack ($40++), Chef’s delicious take on the traditional favourite Lamb Satay, Salmon Spicy Coconut ($32++), Steamed Altantic Cod Fillet ($38++), Grilled Coriander & Garlic Chicken ($30++) and Crusted Grilled Pork ($34++).


Signature desserts such as the White Sesame Hokkaido Milk Puff ($16++), where fried sesame puffs are filled with creamy Hokkaido milk and served with lemon curd. MUJI’s Café&Meal at 100 AM

Helmed by Chef Eugene Chee, the classically trained chef who has honed his skills at three Michelin-starred Atelier Crenn and Bar Crenn in San Francisco and locally in Cloudstreet, Cheek by Jowl and Magic Square, 808 Eating House is a casual modern pushcart service restaurant.
Exciting items on the menu of the new restaurant include XL clams cooked in hua tiao wine and topped with crispy egg floss, crisped barramundi with garam masala pumpkin puree, crispy baby squid, buah keluak pork belly and duck fat financiers.

Caviar’s Spring Menu: A Symphony of Seasonal Sensations
Caviar is a fine dining restaurant that offers a unique and exquisite dining experience featuring over eight different types of caviar on their menu.

The restaurant has recently welcomed a new head chef, Dannel Krishnan, who brings over a decade experience of working in Michelin-starred restaurants. Chef Dannel is launching a Spring Menu that renews the focus on showcasing the variety of caviars available at the restaurant, while also drawing inspiration from seasonal produce from both the East and West.
The new menu features a selection of fine produce, including White Asparagus from France, Tai Shirako and Hotaru-Ika from Japan, and the multiple award-winning Stone Axe Wagyu from Australia. Chef Dannel’s spring menu, available in 8-course and 10-course, will be evolving, subject to the availability of the seasonable produce.

Uni Gallery Spring Menu by Chef Chua & Chef Jayden

Uni Gallery has recently welcomed a new chef, Jayden, who has over a decade of experience in Japanese grilling. Alongside Chef Jayden is Sashimi Master Chef Chua, whose remarkable 30-year career as a sashimi chef has earned him a reputation for producing the most impeccable sashimi dishes. With the duo of culinary maestros at the helm, diners can look forward to indulging in a wide selection of epicurean delights, featuring Uni, sashimi, and Japanese Binchotan dishes which feature the freshest seasonal produce sourced directly from Japan.

Celebrate the abundance of Spring with Mott 32’s all-new seasonal menu

Headlined by the freshest harvest of Spring, the all-new menu is inspired by authentic recipes of regional Chinese cuisine, prepared in wide-ranging cooking styles. A dish traditionally enjoyed by the wealthy in Shunde region, the garlic crab, deep fried mantou (S$180++) is a mouthwatering dish imbued with deep garlic aroma and served with crispy deep fried mantou to soak up the soulful flavours. Incorporating both Cantonese and Shanghainese cooking techniques, the freshwater prawn, white asparagus, prawn roe, ginkgo nut (S$60++) marries the delicate sweetness of prawns with umami notes of prawn roe, wonderfully matched with crunchy white asparagus, a prized harvest in Spring.

Dusk Restaurant & Bar – new culinary odyssey with Award-Winning Executive Chef Robert Chan

Mount Faber Leisure Group (MFLG) has appointed Singapore-born Robert Chan as its new Executive Chef, who brings with him over two decades of hospitality experience, and a refreshing culinary vision to the Group’s portfolio of dining concepts, which includes Dusk Restaurant & Bar.
At 100 metres above sea level, surrounded by lush rainforests with one of the best sunset views in Singapore, diners can savour Chef Robert’s new set menu at Dusk Restaurant & Bar, ($78++ per person for three-course; $88++ per person for four-course), as well as a selection of tapas dishes. The revamped menu deliberately cuts down on the frills and places emphasis on the key ingredients of each dish, allowing their natural flavours to shine.
Some highlights include the gentle, briny, Hokkaido Scallops, paired with a sea garden salad and mentaiko aioli that celebrates the natural textures and flavours of the prized scallops, and Tournedos Rossini, a classic beef dish skilfully executed with a robust sauce, duck foie gras and aromatic black truffles.
