Immerse in the beautiful season of spring at Esora
The Spring 2023 Tasting Menu is Chef Araki’s ode to the season of ‘fresh starts’.

Their unique bitterness and aroma will bring to mind the Japanese saying, ‘春の皿には苦味を盛れ’, literally ‘Serve bitterness on a spring plate’. In these unassuming plants which herald the new year with their cleansing values and earthy flavours, the Japanese see everything that endears them to the season of spring.
