One of the recognised traditional food “Penang Assam Laksa” been practised and taken since as the Penang Peranakan’s favourites decade ago recently likes by all religious include those visitors from other countries when reached Pulau Pinang. The nearly half century history assam laksa in the historic city named “Penang Road Laksa” was began by the founder Mr. Leow Toh Kia who is local origin born in year 1951.
